Refund Policy

At StyleWisp, we are committed to providing the best grooming experience for our clients. We understand that life can be unpredictable, so we’ve put together a fair and clear refund policy to handle cancellations, no-shows, and any service-related concerns.

1. Appointment Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 2 days (48 hours) before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling.

Cancellations made within 24–48 hours before the appointment will receive a 50% refund or can be rescheduled for a different time.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are non-refundable, as the time was specifically reserved for you.

2. No-Shows

If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, your appointment will be considered a no-show and no refund will be provided.

Future bookings may require prepayment for clients with multiple no-shows.

3. Dissatisfaction with Service

If you are not satisfied with your haircut or grooming service, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment.

We will offer a free correction or adjustment if the dissatisfaction is due to a service-related issue.

If a satisfactory resolution cannot be made, we may issue a partial refund depending on the circumstances.

4. Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule based on availability.

In this case, no refund will be provided for any missed time.

5. Prepaid Services or Packages

Prepaid services or packages are non-refundable, but they may be transferred to another person or rescheduled for a different date with at least 2 days' notice.

Any unused sessions in a prepaid package may be carried over to future visits, subject to availability.

6. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable for cash. They can only be used for services or products at StyleWisp and do not expire.
